All newsletters are divided into:

a) transaction — confirmation of payment, change of the delivery method, etc.
b) contact status update in CRM system — a new status in a funnel, a manager has a call with a contact, etc. ퟚ
2. MARKETING emails
a) PROMOs (what we usually think of email marketing) — read details in the schema.
b) automatic reminder chains for abandoned orders or upsells.
3. PARTNERship emails (optional)
They are aimed at closing, warming up, and improving relations with partners.
Depending on the perversity of your marketing fantasies and tasks, you can expand this list.
